2025 Impact Icon: A Charitable Challenge

The 2025 Impact Icon Challenge brought together 15 passionate competitors from across the IREM community for a 12-week fundraising campaign in support of the IREM^® Foundation’s mission. With a goal of raising $130,000 to fund 130 additional scholarships, these dedicated competitors inspired their chapters, colleagues, peers, and vendors to say “yes” to opportunity.

Together, they surpassed the goal - raising more than $160,000 - demonstrating the power of collective impact and helping the IREM Foundation advance the next generation of real estate management professionals.

Congratulations to Lillie Norton, CPM^®, ACoM^® representing IREM Houston, who earned the title of 2025 Impact Icon for outstanding fundraising efforts and inspiring leadership throughout the challenge.
